Mobile Access Consumer Services, hereafter call “MACS” is a mobile marketing company, established in August 2010. MACS is a Limited Liability Company, organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey. The company is also classified by the U.S. Veterans Administration, Center for Veterans Enterprises as a “Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business” (SDVOSB). This classification qualifies MACS for consideration in government competitive and set-aside contracting opportunities. MACS company headquarters is in Gloucester County, New Jersey.
Both company design and strategic positioning present opportunities for doing business with government institutions, as well as small, medium, and large private sector companies, including non-profit companies. Various market segments and related opportunities to do business will lead to the establishment and diversification of a reliable customer base that should nurture long-term growth and stability, and lead to a successful and profitable business enterprise.
Company Leadership
Robert English is the founder and majority owner of MACS, Robert holds a master’s degree in organization and planning (MSW), a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), and he has extensive experience in public policy and service administration, small business development, as well as social planning, including health care, and housing.
Mr. English is also cross-trained in network administration.
He is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Business Administration degree (DBA).
Military Service
Robert English is a purple heart recipient and served on multiple operation as a squad leader in Vietnam.
