The business focus of MACS is consistent positioning of the company as an industry competitor in mobile marketing technology and the delivery of business service support innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a conduit for closing gaps in service systems, the approach sets out to establish that certain transactions performed by third-party payer government agencies, a variety of service organizations, and many other businesses can be performed more quickly, and at less cost than with traditional means using innovative approaches proposed by MACS leadership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always, the idea is to do more with less!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe that successful MACS products and services provide new channels for service access; in some instances, using available services which are inaccessible to large numbers of consumers in a given provider market area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By combining a service outreach platform with commercial advertising offerings, and business service support, customers can be encouraged to rethink the costs and benefits of service and product delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MACS business model is designed to result in lower unit cost to service providers,  as well as new conveniences to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to provide valuable, and cost-effective services which extend the reach of available service operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobile Access Consumer Services, hereafter call “MACS” is a mobile marketing company, established in August 2010. MACS is a Limited Liability Company, organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey. The company is also classified by the U.S. Veterans Administration, Center for Veterans Enterprises as a “Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business” (SDVOSB). This classification qualifies MACS for consideration in government competitive and set-aside contracting opportunities. MACS company headquarters is in Gloucester County, New Jersey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both company design and strategic positioning present opportunities for doing business with government institutions, as well as small, medium, and large private sector companies, including non-profit companies. Various market segments and related opportunities to do business will lead to the establishment and diversification of a reliable customer base that should nurture long-term growth and stability, and lead to a successful and profitable business enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Company Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert English is the founder and majority owner of MACS, Robert holds a master\u2019s degree in organization and planning (MSW), a master\u2019s degree in business administration (MBA), and he has extensive experience in public policy and service administration, small business development, as well as social planning, including health care, and housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. English is also cross-trained in network administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Business Administration degree (DBA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
